2. Project Cancellation

Before Work Begins

If the project is canceled before any work starts, a full refund will be issued.

After Work Begins

If work has already started, a partial refund may be issued based on:

  • Research and planning completed
  • Wireframes or design drafts created
  • Time and resources invested

3. Design Approval Process

Once a design stage is:

  • Approved by the client, or
  • Completed as per the agreed scope

It is considered final for that phase, and refunds will not apply to completed stages.


4. Revisions and Feedback

If you are not satisfied with the design:

  • You must provide feedback within 7 days of delivery
  • We will offer revisions as per the agreed scope
  • Additional revisions beyond scope may incur extra charges

Refunds are considered only if issues cannot be resolved reasonably.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Delays caused by lack of feedback or communication

  • Work completed according to the agreed brief

6. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party costs (e.g., paid assets, fonts, stock images, or tools purchased for your project) are non-refundable.
